Wendy's Full Renovation

One of the largest and most intensive renovations TLK Builders has completed — a full-scope interior rebuild requiring demolition, structural correction, and complete finish installation from the ground up.

A large-scale custom interior build — anchored structural framing, full-wall plywood cladding, a decorative 22-row molding system, and a floating header that completely conceals the massive LED screen joist structure. One of our most technically demanding custom builds.

Bid & Scope Review

We work directly with the GC to understand full scope, plans, and schedule requirements before committing — no surprises on either side.

Site Assessment

We assess existing conditions before mobilizing. If we find issues — rotted framing, out-of-spec openings, prior trade errors — we flag them immediately and propose a path forward.

Execution

Our crew executes to plan with precision. We coordinate with other trades, stay on schedule, and communicate progress clearly throughout the build.

04

Closeout & Sign-Off

We walk the job with the GC before sign-off. Punch items are handled fast. We don't move on until the work is clean, complete, and approved.
